**You must have a valid Regional Transit Connection (RTC) Discount Card in order to use the sticker**
** Express Bus Fares Apply to Express Bus Service**
**When boarding VTA Buses, Place exact fare in the fare box (drivers do not carry change)** 
**Single Ride Light Rail Ticket It is valid for up to (2) hours in any direction only on Light Rail and Historic Trolley service. It is not acceptable toward the fare on bus service.**

All Youth and Senior/Disabled/Medicare fares are valid on VTA Express Bus service (this does not include Dumbarton Express, Highway 17 Express or MST 55) without an upgrade payment. Children under 5 ride free with adult or parent.
flower Valid only on Community Bus routes.
cross Tokens may not be used for fare upgrades or substituted for cash.
diamond Annual Pass subscriptions can be purchased any time of the year.
  Senior (65+)/Disabled/Medicare Reduced Fares
 

To qualify for the Senior/Disabled fare, you must present one of the following:
a Medicare Card, Regional Transit Connection (RTC) Discount Card, DMV Disabled License Plate registration, DMV Disabled Parking Placard printout, a valid card from another transit provider or proof of age (65 and older).
